Everyone who lives within the Vilas neighborhood boundaries is a VNA member. Dues are not required to vote, but voluntary contributions help fund neighborhood social events, the website, and Vilas Ink. Suggested contributions are $20 per household or $10 per individual. You can also get involved by attending council meetings, joining a committee, helping with events, or serving as a block captain.
