85th Annual July 4th Celebration in Westmorland Park

Saturday, July 4 Schedule of Events

9:30 am: Coffee & donuts for non-parade goers at the park

10:00 am: Parade-goers (all ages) assemble at Queen of Peace parking lot

10:30 am: Parade begins*

11:00 am: Flag raising & Westmorland Walking Band-National Anthem near park shelter

11:15 am: Games** begin & Food vendors start serving (Roost Fried Chicken, Jolly Frog, Thailand in a Truck, Eaton BBQ, Stellie's Ice Cream)

~11:40 am: Live music by WAUNAKEE BIG BAND

2:00 pm: Celebration ends

Parade Route: Parade starts from the Queen of Peace parking lot, left on S. Owen, left on Gately, left on St. Clair, and right on Westmorland down the access to the park shelter for the flag raising.

Decorations for bikes, trikes, big wheels, strollers, floats—as well as kid-friendly pets-are welcome!

Game tickets : Still 50 cents each—cash preferred, cards accepted at shelter—purchase tickets at the games tent or shelter beverage counter.

All events take place rain or shine; cancellation only for severe weather.
