With nearly 200 alumni, NLF works to increase and amplify the voices of residents at the civic decision-making tables in order to produce stronger regional policies for neighborhoods. This is an advanced leadership training program of Creating Whole Communities, in partnership with the University of Missouri–St. Louis and University of Missouri Extension. Through workshops, mentoring, networking, and collaborative learning, Fellows build confidence, knowledge, and relationships needed to pursue leadership roles in boards, commissions, institutions, and other civic bodies.
