Sunset Village Neighborhood Association

Sunset Village is a cozy neighborhood on the near west side of Madison, nestled on tree-lined streets with rolling hills and panoramic views. Most of the houses were built in the 1930s and 1940s. As you’ll see if you check out the map of the neighborhood, it has irregular boundaries running between University Ave on the north to Mineral Point Rd on the south, including streets on both sides of Midvale Blvd. We are a popular neighborhood in Madison because of our proximity to downtown, the UW Madison campus, shopping and dining areas.
