Summit Woods Neighborhood Association

Summit Woods Neighborhood, located on the southeast edge of Odana Hills Golf Course, is a scenic area with opportunities for birdwatching, waterfowl spotting, and winter skiing. Residents enjoy easy access to the Southwest Bike Trail, S. Midvale Boulevard, W. Beltline Highway, and Verona Road. The neighborhood features ranch and split-level homes built in the 1950s and 1960s, with multifamily housing along Hammersley, Heritage, and Jewel. The area is rich in Native American street names, such as Windigo Trail, Onaway Pass, and Cherokee Drive, adding to its historical charm. The Summit Woods Neighborhood Association has a unique logo designed by a local high school student. Neighborhood Boundaries: The Southwest Path of the Capital CIty Bike Trail on the north and west, Midvale Boulevard on the east, and the West Beltline Highway on the south.
